 International Ball-Mardi Gras |

Their purpose includes 1) fostering friendship, goodwill and communication among the sister cities of Monterey Park; 2) participating in the exchange of cultures through cultural events and programs; and 3) serving as cultural ambassadors to sister city visitors.
