The Personnel Board is comprised of five members who review recruitment and selection procedures of employees to ensure compliance with the City’s personnel system; hears appeals of disciplinary actions; and, makes recommendations regarding the Personnel System Rules and Regulations. This Board is subject to the City’s Conflict of Interest Code.
