Oral and Written Communications

Communication by the public is an important part of the local Government process.

Any individual wishing to address the City Council under Oral and Written Communication needs to complete a Guest's Speaker Request Card provided by the City Clerk. This card should be returned to the City Clerk prior to the City Council taking up this item.

Public Comments on Agenda Items

Any member of the public wishing to address the City Council regarding any item on the Agenda will need to fill out a Guest's Speaker Request Card and return it to the City Clerk prior to the announcement of the Agenda item.
